I have been practicing the Merkaba meditation since 1999.
This was the Classic Merkaba meditation that Drunvalo Melchizedek has been teaching since 1985 (!)
In 2001 I trained personally with Drunvalo. The Merkaba meditation is amazing - it takes you from Ego to Heart.
In 2015 I had a very deep enlightenment experience and this led me to train in Tibetan Highest Yoga Tantra meditation techniques such as Tummo.
And guess what? In Tibetan Tantra they use Merkaba in some meditations as well (but in a very different way).
In the last two years an updated (expanded) way of working with the Merkaba has opened up to me. This takes me to a state of Christ Consciousness every time. In just 15 minutes! This has become my go to meditation every morning.
How does it work?
As is often the case with Merkaba there are three phases
Part 1: First you do the Classic merkaba (but with one essential change)
Part 2: Then you do this a second and third time, with some changes. That opens up Christ Consciousness.
At this point the frequency goes SO MUCH higher than the traditional Merkaba
Part 3: Now you take this energy / consciousness and anchor it into your body (Heart Chakra). Here I am using Tibetan Tantra techniques.
This goes very deep and totally shifts the energy deep inside of you!
I will teach this for the first time LIVE on 15th August and 16th August
HOW IT WORKS
- When you sign up you get access to the full course to learn the Classic Merkaba
- I highly recommend to complete this before August 15
- You can do this in three evening sessions (for example)
- Saturday 15 August is the 1st LIVE session.
- I will go through Part 1: the Classic merkaba meditation - and explain what to do different.
- Then I will go through Part 2: Accessing Christ Consciousness
- Sunday 16 August is the 2nd LIVE session.

I will teach the relevant Tibetan energy system
- Then I will teach how to bring the energy into your body (heart chakra)
